As part of the recruitment process, we use an online candidate management system - Applicant Resource Management (ARM for short). Created specifically for RPOzone we ensure that the whole procedure is managed as efficiently as possible, from vacancy distribution through to screening, monitoring, managing, reporting and on-boarding candidates. Using this web-based system provides a host of benefits to the whole lifecycle of recruitment and frees up huge amounts of time.
